Happy Monday! I have the perfect way to kick start your week… Protein Waffles.
One Serving of Protein Waffle Hearts:
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/4 Egg Whites
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I used vanilla!)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
This makes a great recipe for pancakes as well. Go crazy! It is guilt-free after all.
