Healthy Protein Waffles

Happy Monday! I have the perfect way to kick start your week… Protein Waffles.

One Serving of Protein Waffle Hearts:

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 Egg Whites
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I used vanilla!)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

This makes a great recipe for pancakes as well. Go crazy! It is guilt-free after all.
